LiveAbility is an all-inclusive advocacy & resource center for people with disabilities and the communities in which they live.
The mission of LiveAbility is to support all people with disabilities through education, advocacy, and promotion of equal opportunities and freedom of choice.
The vision of LiveAbility is for all people with disabilities to have equity, choice, inclusion, and accessibility. We encourage and assist our consumers to be in control of their own destinies and day-to-day decisions.
Appalachian Center for Independent Living
WIN centers are community-based, cross-disability, non-profit organizations that are designed and operated by people with disabilities.
WIN Centers are unique in that they operate according to a strict philosophy of consumer control, wherein people with all types of disabilities directly govern and staff the organization.

By raising the community’s level of awareness about disabilities, our centers have the unique distinction of being both a resource for individuals and an advocacy organization in the community.
